From the comprehensive Core Fluidity approach to harp technique.

This video is a very brief introduction to a very important subject: finding the correct height and alignment for sitting at the harp. Sitting perfectly can be only an inch or so different than sitting imperfectly, and that slight imperfection have have huge effects on a harpist's ability to play with the greatest possible technical control.

Please see my detailed description and further instructions on my blog at http://shutupandplay.ning.com/profiles/blogs/new-youtube-video-core

Thanks! Enjoy!

  • Cool harp Marta! I am having Camac make me a DHC light blue, after seeing this vid I am very taken with the colour of your Reese Aberdeen, do you have any details on the colour?

  • I'm going to send a link to this video to my students.
