  • This is supposed to be a power exercise. Use less weight and explosive motion.

  • Such machine is not suitable for speed. Elastic bands are perfect.

  • Be carefull with cable exercise, I damage some of my muscle veins in my shoulder doing heavy load and too much repetition.
