o man look at the seas harvest on that plate......i swear i got a stiffy.....i moved to tennessee and got no access to REAl fresh seafood :(

@Guitar4God1 la polenta e' farina di mais cotta con acqua e un a piccola manciata di sale..cucinata diventa come una crema un po' solida e quando si raffredda si taglia a pezzetti e si arrostisce sulla padella ...buonissima ..

Il Risotto di Go e al Nero di Seppia che fanno da Romano a Burano è INIMITABILE e assolutamente il MIGLIORE che abbia mai assaggiato.
