I wonder if this is a reference to the famous 1914 Christmas Truce?

What the heck. In Xmas 67 we were heading for a bitch of a following year. Martin shot, then Bobby and still stalled in Vietnam. Gunfire. As a deeply confused child I played their 45 until the vinyl nearly rubbed off. A story of icons and a message of hope, in the middle of wars.
Greek tragedy made current.

After a dose of 6pm honest Walter Chronkite we had Snoopy. The all-American dog. Who fought the Baron and then went to the Moon (Apollo 10)..

I remember this song from when I was a young child in the early 90's! Really captures the essence of Christmas! Thank you for the upload!

I got the 45 for Christmas from my older Brother in 1967, I think My Brother who has all of our 45s still has this.
