Back when America was great! Plenty of jobs, and domestic manufacturing! Unobstructed commerce. The train was the pulse of the blues.
The Astatic harp mike has that art-deco design like the front of some of those locomotive engines from the 30s.

I couldn't agree more: fantastic ensemble playing (which Rod insists on) and wonderful individual performances, with special mention for Rod on harp and Rick Holmstrom on guitar. They both play absolutely authentically but without any cliches - no mean feat!
I have played this about thirty times this week. It's a healing thing!
