Does it also uses cable tv from the wall? Or does it come with a converter?

alright, he talks briefly about gaming. He is showing the RCA and s video connector to mini HDMI, does anyone know if HDMI to Mini HDMI would work instead? I have an expresscard adapter very similar looking to this.. it just doesn't have the coaxial cable jack.
