TTGL still remains one of my most favourite animes since watching it way back !!! This is the first ending that is used from episodes 1-15. It is called 'Underground' by High Voltage. Enjoy !

That's some good rock. No fluff, damn good vocals, and awesome instrumentation. This coming from someone that usually hates anime openings, especially the jpop ones. But this is well made. Very artistic.
