yes, I believe you can, it will just take practice and a little work to get the gumpaste flexible to roll in your fingers.

I am having a problem with making my roses, however. How did you get that "shaded-look" between each pedal? It's beautiful, but my roses are just one straight color. I'd appreciate any help or answer! =)

you can either thin out the petals on one side more than the other, so once it is dry it can have two tones, or you can use darker / lighter clay as you add on petals.

the clay I use I make myself. Look for recipes online with tutorials and give it a try!
