http://TennisFitnessLove.com *** First experience with throwing the kettlebells (February 2007). After a thorough explanation how to throw it, I dumped it on the ground!!! :-) Since then, you can see up to 88 lbs flips, and 105 lbs swings.

  • I would try this if I had steel toed shoes on. Is this the original outdoor Gold's gym on Venice Beach? I've never been there but saw the history of it on TV. I want my arms to look like that guys.
