Use another emulator, some games just don't play on No$GBA, like a game called One Piece: Gigant Battle, I played it on DeSume, instead of No$GBA, plus its gotten so much better that its becoming No$GBA equal, until they come out with a new emulator upgrade.

@HeroineOfTime I do know how to and have but it's not really worth it. Just play Reverse of Arcadia which removes the problem.

To all those who can't get this working...
You can find the ROM in emuparadise . org Search for nintendo ds new releases.
To get turbo duels working. Change your settings to Disaster, 50% and put the sound output to low and samplerate to medium or low.
To save change the NDS cartridge to EEPROM 64Kbytes.

Sorry for not answering I've been realy busy...ummm I think you can only Turbo duel in Story Mode..

Oops I mean Race Ushio/Trudge when ya get your D-Wheel/Runner XD then you enter a tag tournament..but you'll need a partner in the Arena Area where you fought Aki at. then you'll enter it and if you win the Tag Tourny..you'll unlock Speed/Turbo Duel.
