@FarceTheory the engine draws the gasoline vapors whether they are heavier than air or not... that's what the engine is running on from 2:03 and later...
-
@FarceTheory this is not a Geet system, just a simple vapor carb imitation...

This is awesome what does it do for mileage?

just put a one way valve in the lid also. It'll make up for the vacuum

@xoxoXoieoxox just the air filter is in that thing

@xoxoXoieoxox check the history of vapor carburetors, example: 149 Miles per gallon in 1947 (1.56 L/100Km) from Shell on a "Studebaker" car, and many many more... (Pogue, Tucker, Ogle...)

@furulevi BTW whats that big motor looking thing the glass jar is siting on some kind of generator or maybe some kind of elaborate horn ??? XP

@furulevi will it ever is that the point...do u think we will see a improvement in miles per gallon...im not a sceptic i am genuinly interested =3-
@furulevi Hey im with you all the way. Now please tell me how it ran at 50 mph on the hiway. I can make an engine run by dumping any burnable liguid into the intake manifold, so what. A vehicle is nothing if all u do with it is play with it in the backyard. How does it act if you actually use it for its intended purpose??? Again, everything u are doing was done and discarded in the 1800s.

@furulevi all gasoline engines run on gasoline mixed with air, which is gasoline vapor. the real question though is--have u ever actually did anything but idle this engine??? You are not doing anything innovative. In the evolution of carburator systems, this was discarded in the 1800s. If the fuel air mixture is not correct, u are simply going to ruin the engine when it is pulling a load. A carburator/injector system keeps the mixture right thru all loads and rpms.
