Ivo Camilo is fired for poor performance, then becomes a spokesperson for Union mafiosa wanting to circumvent the American right to choose union representation, or not, through confidential elections. The union wants to intimidate Blue Diamond Growers (owned by 4000 small California almond farmers) into "accepting" their representation without an election. If it happens, fat cat union bosses get their dues, almond growers have their wallets picked and workers get nothing.

Ivo Camilo was fired after 35 years of faithful service to his employer. That is outrageous and a disgrace.
