Actually, with a properly geared prop, connected to the wheels, can achieve 2-3x the speed of the wind, when travelling directly down the wind. Seach for : DDWFTTW. This is REAL, not an April fools or anything. Any day now, a speed of 2x+ wind speed will be confirmed, directly down wind. Simple cart, big prop, drishaft from the wheels to the prop. Wheels drive the prop, not the other way around. Research it before you call me names. I didn't make this up, but I love it!

so going down wind would mean the turbine would be constantly accelerating and decelerating as one nears the wind speed?

that wind energy its converted into electrical energy then----> with that electricity they make hydrogen, they burn it and they make the can run.

Its faster than you can go with a bycicle. Especially if you drive against the wind direction.
