This is a dialogue between Paul Hedderman and me, Jason Magnon, on the topic of non-duality and the dilemma of identification as a "self." Paul has been speaking publicly for many years, and his simple and articulate message has reached a large number of people through his website, www.zenbitchslap.com, and his podcast (of the same name). It is a great "invitation" for all of us who have experienced the heaviness and suffering that arises from the bondage to "self." His solution is astonishingly simple, yet still difficult to grasp and realize (that is, to make REAL in our human experience). I have had the privilege of corresponding with Paul and entertaining his ideas for over a year, and I have had some true glimpses of the inexplicable, but ever-present, reality which we talk about here. It is that, which we really are. I highly recommend checking out Paul's website and podcast, and I invite you to visit Experiencing The Spiritual (a collaborative exploration into the topics of spirituality and self-realization), at www.experiencingthespiritual.com. It is an open and interactive place where you can explore these kinds of topics with us. My apologies for the technical difficulties (the interruption and then freezing towards the end). I hope they do not detract from the enormous value this information could potentially have for you. Thank you for viewing, and be well. Namaste.

  • Thanks for posting this video! A great watch. If you have an opportunity to speak to someone like Paul next time....try to speak less and listen more... ;-)

  • @nisseshem I've never met anyone like him, or heard anything like what he has to say ever before :D
