A brief overview of footage from the Southern California region of the US Collegiate Snowsports Association. Featuring disciplines of alpine racing, skier/boarder-x (the only region in the country to do so) and freestyle competitions for both college level skiers and snowboarders alike. Shot entirely at Mammoth Mountain, USCSA So Cal provides the only outlet for these competitions for collegiate athletes in the Southern California region, producing numerous champions on the regional and national level as well. Represented schools include: USC, UCLA, Loyola Marymount, UC-Santa Barbara, UC-San Diego, Cal State-Long Beach, Cal State-Fullerton, Fresno State, UC-Irvine, and San Diego State, drawing over 300 athletes throughout the winter.
