Distressed Metal controller (custom painted, xbox 360)

This is a controller that has been distressed and given a metal look to it. The texture of the controller really enhances the aesthetic quality of the design. The idea is to make the controller actually appear as though it is made out of aged metal, and not plastic. Black joysticks/D-pad and a skull guide button compliment the dark design scheme.

@MrElpee1205 I did a faceplate (front piece only) a while ago using this technique, so I knew what to expect. It did turn out really well, as you can see. I will be doing some other designs with this texture also.

can you do them guide buttons on a clear base so the eyes glow? when you leds in you guide button like i do that skull would look sick

you should put a clear coating on the guide button and put in red/blue LED's that would be sick!
