my recommendation woud to ighten up your hands shadow on your shirt so it looks like the energy ball is truly emitting light.

nice for a first vid its was cool but it would look more alive if the ball would move a lil bit between ur hands cuz ur hands move a lil bet all the time that is human so it would look more alive =) and in the end i think u closed ur hands a bit late so awsume work man =D!
