    I saw Rock & Roll Kay at The Men's Pro World and Women's Ms. International in Columbus Ohio 1986 and she was a gracious competitor. I will miss her.

    Kay was a close friend of mine, and a really good lady. It's been over 20 years since her passing, and I still miss her.

    She was giving the young man a ride in her new car. Kay was helping him fasten his seat belt when she swerved into the other lane.

    Whether you like what her body looked like, she was one of the first women to enter female bodybuilding. She was a pioneer for other women who feel their value in their body's strength.

    RIP my dear friend.
