Discovery Camp: Red Alert '09

We had an amazing summer at Discovery Camp 2009!
We learned that the words of Jesus are Red Alerts that keep us close to God. We challenged campers all summer to "Read the red and do what it says!" The words of Jesus are not suggestions, or options. They are declarations and commandments, and we as the church need to follow his instruction in everything we do!

i went to this one. it was great! i stood in the back just enjoying the sight of all the teens worshiping, when God told me this is for you too, go ahead and enjoy me as well. so i danced my brains out!

i went this summer for the first time and going to the surmons was the most amazing feeling the last night there i broke down and started crying the whole room was filled with people praising God and surrendering to him it was awsome.

i felt like the wieght of the world had just been lifted off my shoulders there is nothing God can't do.

camp was THE BEST its ever been this year!! God stirred me up so much, Jesus healed my heart completely oh man it was all just so beautiful and powerful! especially the leader's meeting with pastor tommy!!! God bless DC!!!
