I have been inspired by all the wonderful tribute movies to Vincent Price here on YouTube and wanted to make one myself to commemorate what will be the 15th year since his passing on the 25th October, 1993. Hopefully I have made a fitting tribute to one of the most under-rated actors who ever lived - the man was, and is, a legend.
Movies featured - and there are no copyright infringements intended, this is merely a labour of love - include;
Theatre of Blood
Madhouse
Fall of the House of Usher
Edward Scissorhands
The Tomb of Ligeia
Witchfinder General

Music is "The Ice Dance" from Edward Scissorhands by Danny Elfman.

  • And the song ? Or the soundtrack of this? What is it ?

  • The music used is "The Ice Dance" from Edwards Scissorshands by Danny Elfman.

  • I feel like crying, and I didn't know that man!

(Now before jumping to my throat, please forgive my unknowiness and take into account that: first, my mother tongue is french and I live in Québec and second, that I am 16.)

I feel the urge to watch one of his movies and listen to his laughter over and over again. Can someone recommand one of his best movies?

  • Wow! What an amazing compliment! Thank you so much. May I humbly recommend "Theatre of Blood" as one of his finest roles.

  • Thank you for your devotion in his name. It really is remarkable to find individuals who care enough to remember such a talented actor.

    98 years young come Tuesday.

  • Thank you so much for your wonderful comment. I absolutely adore Vincent Price and wanted to make a fitting tribute to his memort. XXXXX

  • The greatest. He was of a caliber that one could truly aspire to. One never hears of Vincent Price throwing a tantrum, having an affair, or having to go to rehab. Why? Because he was better than the mumbling fools of today's film industry.

  • I have heard he was a gentleman; it's a shame some of us never got to meet him. His memory and his gentleman behavior forever lives on in films, books and through his family. I know he is a continual gentleman in heaven.

  • Great job!

  • He was truely the greatest horror actor of his time. I don't think that there will ever be another who can match him.A very great loss for everyone.

He's been gone now for almost 20 yrs. At least we can be with him through his films that have been preserved. God bless you, Vincent.

    Thankyou for this beautiful tribute.
