In this video,im gonna show u how to make a animated Gif( a picture format file that looks like a video clip) WITHOUT PHOTOSHOP! & Instead use all COMPLETELY FREE & EASY TO USE WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM PROGRAMS! FYI, Photobie doesn't like Windows 7, works as admin but not as regular user. (or so ive heard)
