@jmeckle1 Propaganda is not what wins wars. Propaganda is what gets people to accept their government declaring war to another country.

for example: In order to attack Iraq or to make the american people support that attack, the bush administration had to make up the WMDs and therefore spreading fear among the population of almost the entire western world. That is exactly what the slackers are talking about in this song.

Spreading fear through Propaganda to make us believe what the gov. says.

good idea for the video but i fall to see where jmeckle1 is going with saying the song is propanganda....all the song is saying is that the government hands use lies....to win wars..unjust ones at that...how does that make the song a lie. we all know the government lies to us and the slackers pointing that out doesnt make the song propaganda.

First off, I love the Slackers. They are one of my favorite bands, but propaganda is what wins wars. This song and video is just as bad a use of propaganda as the people it condemns.
