190/94 girl that is way to high..yours was higher than mine..mine was 168/92..I have to take mine a few times a week, it has went down to 140/60..im getting use to the med's now..Girl take care of yourself..and if they put you on pills just take em, you will feel like shit for a few days but will adjust and they work.

How is your bp doing? Yeah, I will be a ST this year. Getting ready to go. Leaving tomorrow morning. When I had foster children I had a metal frame bunk beds and they held up very well. I don't think they make the wood bed frame very sturdy. I think it is mainly for show with rambunctious kids. LOL
