hi. its name's bas bağlama. it has 3 or 4 strings. you can find it in turkish shopping web pages. it's not expensive. Anyway I've already learned that a turkish student who is studying at conservatory. He found 6 strings bas bağlama. recently I listened him and he's really genius :)
