Used to have a pair of Sony square speakers but seeing as they'd been found in the wild they didn't last very long..I remember reading about them in Popular Mechanics (or Science) back in the day and the fuss being made over them. Just one of those 1980s things...

@Phenom69ll The reason for a square speaker is the added cone area. For example, a 10 inch kicker l7 has More bass output compared to a kicker 10 inch solo classic. Same size. Better bass response due to the larger cone. Make sense?

Those cassette players you've picked up are what a Role Playing Game (RPG) refers to as "Vendor Trash"...it doesn't heal you or buff you enough to matter when you eat it, it can't be equipped, it won't open the secret Cave of The SideQuest or convince the palace guards to finally let you see the king, it doesn't hurt the enemy when you throw it at them, and it can't be combined with anything else to do any of the above.
