@dasturdly40 Obama had the rig blown to pass the energy bill. He can blame the oil disaster on the republicans and maybe save his presidency. The problem is he is to detached and cool and Americans don't like it. We are burning and he is a poor leader. This oil spill could be his demise.

Also when a hurricane strikes a coastline who is responsible for organizing clean up and emergency response the state or the federal gov.???? When a oil leak or spill hits a states coast line who is responsible for emergency response and clean up besides the oil co.? The state or the federal gov.???
