That right still stands. DHS has no right to to interfere unless you give them permission. If you have done something illegal, the police would be involved. The police would be talking to you without DHS. If DHS is there with the police, do not talk to DHS. Tell the police officer to get a warrant, and close the door. The police are used by DHS as an intimidation factor. Stand your ground. Police can be held liable for harrassment. By law, DHS workers cannot. Never talk to DHS.

Never let CPS or DHS in your house. Never testify and speak to them, tell them to send you any demands in writing signed by a living soul. As stated without a warrant no one can come in your house without your consent. We convict ourselves. Watch 'don't talk to cops' on youtube. Revoke and cancel the mothers signature on the birth certificate and marriage license, that is the contract that gives the STATE authority. Without testimony they have nothing. She should give her child prune juice. But the fact is constipation is not justification of harrassing a family especially a child. It is a VERY private matter. No one wants to have their constipation a public issue much less to be harrassed about it. It is just humiliating.
