These are the sort of acts that caused 9/11 in the first place. What has kept us safe in the past was our fair justice system and not acting like hooligans. These illegal and cruel acts are creating more terrorists.

The guy gets a free ticket now, but had every intent of meeting mohammad atta, for a hijacking tour of the friendly skies; yes torture him. Over 3000 People died; yes torture him. What should we do if a certain person has information that could save thousands of lives? YES torture him. What if you life hangs in the balance next time? What about the rights of those who died?
