Teacher Caitlin Hollister Richard's third grade class at the J. Murphy School in Dorchester, Massachusetts after receiving a letter from one of her students, Denzel. In that letter, Denzel described his love for Tony Medina's children's poetry. Tony Medina arranged a surprise visit to teacher Richards and her third grade class, bringing books for the entire class and infused them with his passion for literature and his belief in the power of words.
