You can also add foam Pipe insulation that can be bought at any hardware or home improvement store. It is cheap and would protect your guitars!

Awesome video Lewin. This video is great because yours looks identical to the one I made! - even the caps. Can I possibly add some advice on your final construction...
1. Put two wooden or metal dowels through the bottom support tubes to keep them from flexing when you have it fully loaded with heavy guitars.
2. Go to the sport bike shop, go get about 15 feet of foam "body tube" covering (the inner diameter fits perfectly around PVC)
3. Good paint choices - SEM paint, Engine paint, or vinyl.
