  • @NoEgg4u you can save as wave or flac with the software that comes with this...

  • Please think twice about taking any vinyl related advice from someone that puts their greasy fingers on the vinyl (1:07 time mark).

    .

Sound quality wise, this is not the way to go. This turntable is junk.

    .

Also, there is an emphasis on saving your masterpiece as an mp3. That is bad. mp3s throw away sound for the sake of saving disk space. You wouldn't want your movies to be missing a percentage of their frames. So, for music, use the .wav format, or if possible, the .flac format.

  • i have a DigiRack 003+ with M-Audio Monitors hooked up to it. my computer is connected to the DigiRack with usb, so thats how i can listen to/mix music. could i plug a usb turntable into my computer and have the sound from the record come through my speakers?

my current record player has shitty speakers, so im looking to upgrade.

  • I have the same Sony USB record player as the one in the video. I was wondering if I record a song from a LP Record to the computer does it change the way the song or songs sound after I record them to the computer? Or do they still sound the same as they would when I play a record on my record player with out using the computer? I think any record sounds better. I use Garageband to record my LP Records to the computer and then I use ClickRepair to clean up the background of my LP Records.

  • @nicholaskohnen ClickRepair Rocks!

  • I have that same Sony USB Record Player and I use it from time to time. I have recorded some of my vinyl collection to my Apple MacBook and from time to time I still record Vinyl to the computer. I do not use Sound Forge Audio Studio. I use Garageband to record my vinyl to the computer and then I use ClickRepair to clean up the background of my vinyl. After when I am all finished making my vinyl sound good I put the music to a CD or CD's.
