Or, you could just mount the battery on the side of the vertical fin/stab. Comes off much easier and you can adjust the CG. With his mountain location, you'd have to cut your foamie up more just to move the CG back and forth.

Very good tip but let me ask you about if I can make a 3D plane with the piper J-3 Cub, I mean is that the apropiate motor?

that plane comes with 2 servos ( elevator - rudder ) I do know I have to purchase 2 servos more for ailerons. but again is thet the apropiate motor

its kind of a big deal if you pull straight up you would crack the frame of the plane.
