After they said no assisted living compound and all they wanted to do was talk which is contracting Bessie wasn't consenting to by her own free will... THEY ARE ALL THREE LIARS!!! COMPELLED COMMERCE... COMMERCE CANNOT BE COMPELLED

Shane Clark also did not mention that due to the testimony concerning the financial exploitation of Bessie Blue by the Clarks at the hearing on October 10, 2011, the Court revoked his power of attorny. He also failed to mention that despite this revocation, he represented to at least one law enforcement individual that he was Bessie Blue's power of attorney. Finally, he didn't mention that the misuse of Bessie's funds resulted in her electricity being turned off.

@outdoorslass51 Know the real facts... the Clarks didn't have access to her funds; also the court doesn't have authority to revoke the "Power of Attorney" it would side step Notorial process and due process. I'm the Notary for this action and I personally know the family and Bessie. Bessie was truly abducted from family she enjoys around her. If that is "Elder Fraud" then Family is guilty all across AmeriKa and our homes are no longer sacred! Wake up America...Birdman^j^

And why aren't the cops and the State Troopers arresting Shane Clark for failing to register as a SEX OFFENDER. Check out Shane's record -- he served substantial time for RAPE in Washington State in Chelan County. Has a rap sheet in WA and a LONG rap sheet in Alaska. Did he mention that he's been mooching off Bessie Blue since she became disabled, along with the nine relatives of his that he brought to live in Bessie's home AFTER she came back home from brain surgery? Just an oversight?

There have been allegations that the Clark family were using Bessie's money for their own purposes, to the point where Bessie's utilities were being turned off and she had no money for food. Doesn't sound like RAPIST and FELON Shane Clark is doing a vey good job of "taking care" of his mother-in-law, does it?

Shane Clark is a RAPIST, who served time for that in WA state. He has 15 criminal convictions in AK (some for violent crimes), including for failing to register as a SEX OFFENDER. Shane's son, Kevin, was being arrested in the video because he violently assaulted Bessie Blue's grandson earlier in 2011. Victoria, who filmed the video, and is Shane's daughter is also a felon. Would you want YOUR mother living with a RAPIST, and two felons?

There’s a lot of people who does that here maybe your just not ‘’out’’ enough to know these things haha there’s a lot of people here who ‘’serve absolutely no purpose in society’’ don’t be pointing fingers like a child that’s such a childish comment. the economy’s bad right now a lot of people are depending on welfare. Also what I wanted to mention was, yes, it is a dry village but what I can’t understand why is that someone’s who’s name I’m not going to mention again who were involved in kev’s case got busted with bottles in their home and selling it why didn’t they go to jail for it? I rully think these cops take sides with certain families and aren’t fair with everyone

Yeah and now their not telling them where their own mother is that is so MESSED UP!
