if u mine out this place go to redbelly mine in shors stone north of riften. its got three veins i know thats a little but still. im pretty sure theres more out there too.

It does respond but its like merchant goods except it take longer, not sure how much longer though

why when i mine an ore vine it doesnt charge with ores again

when i mined after a while the ebony ore did not spawn in mine wy did that happen

Ore in Skyrim DOES respawn but it will take a while. (I actully mined out a gold mine and eventully the ore came back)
