Clarinet and sax player Anat Cohen has been called one of the brightest, most original young instrumentalists in jazz. Jennifer Pencek speaks with Cohen about what it's like playing with musicians who bring their own style to jazz. Cohen also discusses performing in the Israeli Air Force Band and her life at Boston's Berklee College of Music. Cohen's recording of "St. Louis Blues," from the album "Clarinetwork: Live at the Village Vanguard" (copyright 2010 Anzic Records), enhances the interview.
