@cstch246 i think tramp stamps are the ones that are at the small of your back. otherwise, tattoos can hold a lot of significance to someone. it can be a tribute to a special person or a special event in their life, like there was this one guy who got a tattoo of a dragonfly when his son died because his son loved them
