This is what i was looking for. Change your self first, and In time, through change and learning, allow others to notice you first and how you've changed . Its not to direct yourself towards, AS and FOR others by 'telling' people the 'why' and that they should change. Its to direct yourself here, as self and only self.

Very cool point! You are only able to teach with by your own example. This is what I have been missing, especially at some yoga and tantra teacher that I have been a pupil of. They were saying: Do not judge the teacher, it is only the knowledge that is is important. But how can you prove that the knowledge is valid if it did not contribute to your life as a teacher of that knowledge. This was very fishy, so I said thanks and good bye to all that teachers eventually.
