3DS AR Game: Fishing

Sam takes 2 minutes out of his life to demonstrate the Fishing Augmented Reality Game. This game can be quite fun, and you can buy Free Fishing mode with Play Coins where you aren't limited to a certain amount of time.

Whilst playing the Fishing AR Game, try placing your AR Card on surfaces of the following colours:
Red, Blue, Green and Yellow.

How do you catch koopa she;;s and cheep-cheeps once they appear? Plz iI need help.

@MsPokemongirl123 Cheep-Cheep (red background) : I find it easiest if you just hold the3DS still, one of them is almost certain to jump onto your hook!

Koopa Shells (green bakground) : They float for a few seconds after landing in the water, should be plenty of time to just hook one out like a regular fish.

With both of them you don't need to pull back like you normally do when fishing :)

where'd you find the angler/football fish? i can't seem to find one and i've been playing for a long time now.... pls help..

@revierie If you go into Free Fishing (I think it only appears in free fishing, not regular fishing. Buy it using play coins) and put the AR Card onto a Blue surface (eg. Blue Card) then the types of fish change.

Angler/football fish can be found there :)

why is it that on the first picture it said "anglerfish" when i got that fish it said football fish???????

This is the UK/EU console, so perhaps there's a few differences in names :)

what i love the most about fishing was it sounds like the ocean and if you put your card anywhere it simply turns it into the ocean! these ar cards are just so amazing! has anyone here tried any of the ar games on the club nintend giant ar card?
