Recorded on March 20, 2009 , at Oji Hall (Tokyo) Hiroshi HAKU (Chinese name: BO Hong) was born in Beijing China. His father is a Chinese singer, and mother is a Japanese pianist. He moved to Tokyo Japan with his family in 1977. He studied vocal music at the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, also he studied under his father BO Yibin who innovated a voice technique called HAKU Technique. This technique is a combination of classical European vocal method and the traditional Chinese "Qi" concept.
Haku has a wide repertoire. He can sing German Lieder, Italian Aria, Chinese songs and Japanese Songs and so on. Since 2006 he has given vocal recitals in Tokyo every year. Through the concert his beautiful voice and exquisite interpretation fascinated the audience.
