My friend JC Deen (www.jcdfitness.com) challenged a handful of us in the fitness industry to put our body weight (in my case, 145 pounds) on a barbell and squat it for max number of reps. I made it to 18, as did David Dellanave with 200 pounds (www.movementminneapolis.com). Roger Lawson (www.roglawfitness.com) and JC got 15, with 210 and 195, respectively.
Nice lift

This is really great. Very solid form, and that's tough to maintain with 10+ reps of the front squat! Not only are your legs obviously very strong, but I'm impressed by your upper back strength as well!
