Mohammed went to miraj on Buraq which is a flying donkey not a horse. Bukhari Hadith confirms it. According to Hadith Al-Buraq,is a white animal, smaller than a mule and bigger than a donkey (Sahih Bukhari Vol 4, Book 54. Beginning Of Creation. Hadith 429.)

According to Islam a tree spoke to Muhamad. And Muhamad flew into the heavens on a magic horse with a human head. The Meccan Arabs turned away from Muhammad knowing that he was fraud. They were sympathetic to him by seeing his mental condition. They left him alone in his imaginary fantasy world and allowed him to believe in whatever rubbish he wanted. The keepers of Ka’ba knew that if Muhammad started babbling his nonsense to the pilgrims, it would detrimentally impact the revenue streams.
