  • Are you the one that negatived my comment? Anyways, i was pointing out one of many things that separates jordan from others like kobe. Jordans athletic abilities, skill, knowledge, and physical attributes where all perfect. Players like kobe have little bits of jordan and not the whole package. Jordan was perfect on every level and the hands is just one of the many perfect things that made him the greatest.Jordan was just built perfectly for the game and was a once in a lifetime athlete and person

  • And when it comes to scoring - MJ has the highest career scoring average in the playoffs with 33.4 ppg. Before his 1st retirement, he averaged 35.2 ppg. Kobe averages 30.3 ppg without Shaq in the playoffs and 24.3 ppg for his career. So there's simply no way that Kobe is a better scorer, no matter how you slice it.

This is not hating, those are cold, hard facts.

  • Don't you find it extremely funny? A video about the Greatest Player of all time, and lots of people mentioned Kobe in the comment, when he didn't appear 1 sec. in the video. People always compare Kobe to Jordan, not LeBrick or anyone else!

  • @BigCrockDawg

Yes, Yes, Yes. People get way too hung up on needing to compare Kobe with MJ in EVERY area. I have said over and over, after watching all of MJ's AND Kobe's careers that MJ deserves the accolades and the title of Greatest of All Time. He made my mouth drop open on hundreds of occasions. Raised his game to the highest level especially during Playoffs.

However, Kobe is special, and I wanted to bring that out. Raw talent underutilized in his first few years. That's all.

  • @TBird5790 I did you a favor and took off his first 3 seasons, he still comes up at 27.8 ppg. That's more than 2 full ppg less than Michael and I'm still counting his Wizards years so if you wanted to even it up in that way, it's tipped further in Michael's direction. Just saying

  • @kOrOne79 First of all, I am a true Jordan Fan, but also love to watch Kobe play. Could you do me a favor, and remove Kobe's first two seasons stats, and then tell us what his career scoring average is? He didn't play much his first two years. They had a hard time figuring how to use his tremendous talent. He was really raw. This is to be fair to Kobe. Michael started, and starred, his very first season. Rookie of the year. Kobe was a bit player his first year.

  • At 1:32 a perfect example of a non-call on the "swing through" foul. The defender has his hand/arm extended as MJ rises for the jumper and clearly hacks Jordan across the hand/arm as he rises, but instead of flopping around and flailing like a little girl begging for a call, MJ remains focused and continues into his normal shot and makes it despite the clear foul. Would have been at least an And-1 today, or if MJ was like players today he'd flop and flail.

  • @quadence yeap :)

LOL HECKY YEAH! i study and watch all these mj youtube videos. i play bbal a lot and these are a big inspiration to me. he played on a level unmatched by anyone.

  • I find myself watching these MJ games/highlights 3-4 nights a week! is anyone else like me?

  • Little known fact of Jordan is that he had great fundamentals. He could nail mid-range jump shots.
