  • Try the Dreamfield's brand pastas. They contain inulin fiber. My partner was borderline diabetic and I live a low carb lifestyle so the brand is good for us. I used the pastas from my second stage onward and went from 235 to maintaining a muscular 140. I will have to try this but spicy. Thanks!

  • i'm not a big fan of tofu but I think I'll give it a try. I am a vegetarian trying atkins so I think I need to get use to tofu.

  • Fabulous recipe!

  • @drumrboy46 when you cut out carbs from your diet you use fat as your main source of energy, you'll need to go read up on low carb to understand the science behind it. or watch this - youtube.com/watch?v=FSeSTq-N4U4

  • I have not tried it but, will be trying it this weekend! The tofu version taste sooooo good!

  • Food looks amazing.. and im definitely going to try it but... Whats the point of the "low carb" part.. if its just Filled with FAT.

  • I would use cauliflower and shirataki noodles instead- just my take on it :)

  • Hi Jay -- I don't like to eat Tofu -- it is my personal opinion that it is not good for human consumption -- I suppose the recipe would not vary much if I used Shirataki Noodles instead of Tofu. Do you think I would need to do anything different aside from switching those two? Love your recipe videos!!
