The problem was the effects volume being 100% irrespectively of the effects volume knob (FX Depth).
This was caused by the fact that the pad also saves the volume you adjusted when saving effects (to the Program Memory Buttons).
So if you're working with a high FX Depth mostly set the FX Depth knob to a higher level - before - saving your effects. Or accustom rotating the FX Depth knob a bit after selecting an effect via Program Memory.
Thanks to StevoTwenty3 for helping us. (semagdam and me :D)

  • Hey guys...I can help! This is because the % of FX Depth you have it on when you store an effect to a bank will also be saved. So if you save "Synth1" to "Bank [1]" with your FX Depth switch set at 100% for example, when you press "Bank1" it will be loud,if you save it to a bank when the FX Depth is set to a lower %, it will have less impact and be quieter, same with all the effects. If you want all your effects to have full impact, make sure FX Depth is at 100% when saving effects to the "Bank"

  • @StevoTwenty3 Yeah, you were right, now it works. I also didn't even think about this when i saved my effects. THANK YOU very much!!

@semagdam thank you for joining the conversation :)

Let's all enjoy that rockin' lil pad now :D

  • thanks for your help. Your method works. FX will set as 100% and I press "WRITE" [1] - [8] it is well then. I was stupid about it because it did not even thought. It is all good. Check it GUNGAMER!

  • this message is correct:

i also have this problem but on a function Lop.1. when music plays and fx depth is on 100% the loop works all ok but when i turn it on 1 or 2 or 3 and back to Lop1 - if i touch the screen korg works for about 80% and i can hear music in background. it all disappears if i barely move fx depth and therefore it works just fine
