A compilation of Love themes from the television soundtracks of Lost composed by Michael Giacchino.
Tracks used are - Ain't Talkin About Nothin', Romancing The Cage, Heart of Thawyer.
First heard since Season 1 when Shannon kisses Sayid, has been used as a theme for both their relationship and many others most notably Sawyer and Kate.

I used to be so excited when Lost came on every week. Arguably the greatest show on television.

In Lost, there was no character who didn't have a problem with at least one other family member.

LOST was my childhood. It reminds me of my family. Watching LOST was the only time we could all gather into one place and not argue. The one time we were all together. It makes me so happy, and yet so sad. I'll miss you, LOST.

Forgot to mention that this theme is also first heard when Walt offers to help Michael rebuild the raft after it's burnt. So to say it's purely Kate and Sawyer's theme would be too specific - it later was used for their relationship predominantly but its roots is mainly in the general theme of love.

@elisio30490 It doesn't have a name as soundtrack isn't out . However it is composed of various tracks already on the soundtracks. "Life and Death", "There's No Place Like Home", "Hurley's Handouts".
