He sounds like the guy whose the main character in Mortal Kombat: Deceptions story. I can't remember his name though...I think it started off like "shin".

I knew there was something I liked about this movie!!!

'Course he kinda snuck that in at the end. But if it is in English, count me in!!!

'Though I'm sure I still would've loved this even if he wasn't involved.
