Ystadcop - I totally agree with you.

Poor interview. Poor interviewer. And the Swedish Wallander is so much better; much better directed,much better casted, much better acted. Why do the BBC bother?Jobs for their second-rate luvvies, I suppose.

ive watched the swedish Wallander and now the british, The british team has caught the story and characters really well :D And im really glad they decided to film it in Sweden , as many ppl in the world think its just cold and snowy here lol

It's nice knowing that Wallander works in a British format, And apparently it was filmed in Ystad wich I take as a huge sign of respect Cuz it really is a beautiful landskape down here...

why is she standing so far away?

she's a much better interviewer than that other prat, but she falls down with:
1. asking the writer if he got ideas from the old series;
2. asking how they picked the locations for a southern swedish detective novel adaptation;
3. missing that leggy blonde that streamed by half way through (i'm a post-chauvanist so it's okay... flight of the conchords?);
4. begging...
...actually begging not so bad.

I get a kick out of how he gets called "Sir Kenneth" often. lol !!

Great work to Ken and the team for producing the most compelling and beautifully shot drama's to hit the British screen. On top of that they given Britain more of a link with Sweden now having and understanding of a major Swedish story.
