Freestyle Nunchuck Practice - Elly - [TRICKset]

I do a bit of chill nunchuck practice at the park.....some different spins & passes, not rushing anything just trying to do some basics. I hope to have tutorials for the figure 8 continuous wrist spin, the single continuous wrist spin, and the pass over the arm up soon :)

TRICKset is based in the St. Louis MO area. We do a variety of parkour, gymnastics, freerunning, martial arts, xma, street stunts, stunt choreography...etc

Very Cool. Saw a few things in there that I am going to have to try to incorporate into my own workout. Adding that extra "hands-off" spin along the fore-arm in conjunction with the behind the back change up that I do should allow for a bit of extra spin time without making the exchange look quit so hurried. I'm glad you kept this work-out at a mellow pace. Makes it much easier to use as a tutorial.
