I left Peoria area in 1989. I grew up 3 doors from Gary. I pray he is doing well. Richrath can shread with the best of them.

I remember when this band played my town. I was friends with the club owner and I went down to soundcheck so I could try and meet Gary. I was a huge fan. I was crushed to see what a drunk he was at the time. He drank all the way through sound-check and got the bar-tender to give him several, full to-go cups of white wine. Hope he is doing better now. I started playing music because of him and REO.

Is there any word on what Gary is doing? Did he retire? Is there any plans with the HiFI anniversary that include him???

Karencie, Talked to my buddy Denny for along time tonight! I ask about Gary and told him to tell him we all miss his playin!!!! Well Dennys call him tomorrow to see if he can talk him into hurryin up with a visit home!!! Maybe do some fishin or something. Ill find out how he's doin!!

Eunice is a great lady!! She just celebrated a birthday in May. I am glad you brought it up! I need to go see her today before she gets mad at me!!!! I was supposed to stop by 4 or 5 days ago! She might already be pissed off at me !!
