Superior 110, River North, Part 2

Greg Eldridge of @properties is our host for an in-depth look at Superior 110, a luxury high-rise in Chicago's River North neighborhood. I found Greg to be candid and knowledgeable.

The 27-story building is nearing a sell-out, with just over a dozen units remaining of the original 62 (58 after combinations). It's a boutique building that has no more than 4 units to a floor and also features a number of half-floor units.

In this episode we get our first look at the great views from a half-floor 3 bedroom, 3 bath home on the 20th floor.
